Roger Turner brings more than 20 years of management experience to Talk Trash and he knows how to lead a team, solve problems, and get the job done right.

He’s a husband to his high school sweetheart, a proud dad of four boys, and a Western North Carolina neighbor building a business with family at its core. Talk Trash isn’t just about hauling away junk. It’s about helping local families, homeowners, landlords, and businesses clear the clutter so they can move forward.

Roger brings dependable leadership, honest communication, and the kind of work ethic that comes from raising a busy family and serving a community he cares about.

His philosophy is simple: show up when you say you will, work hard, treat people with respect, and leave the place better than you found it.

Whether it’s an old couch, a packed garage, a property cleanout, or a small demo job, Roger and the Talk Trash team are ready to take on the mess.

Darian Turner was raised, and he knows Western North Carolina like the back of his hand. With five years of property management experience, he understands the real-world headaches that come with move-outs, cleanouts, abandoned furniture, overflowing garages, and properties that need to be turned around fast.

At Talk Trash, Darian brings a sharp eye for what needs to go, a strong work ethic, and the local know-how to help homeowners, landlords, and property managers get their space back without the stress.

When he is not helping clear out clutter, Darian is making waves as a competitive YMCA swim coach. Coaching has taught him how to lead, stay calm under pressure, and push a team to finish strong; skills that come in handy when a garage is packed to the ceiling or a move-out leaves a whole lot behind.

Darian is proud to help grow this family business and serve the community that raised him.

His mission is simple: show up ready, work hard, haul it out, and leave your property looking like the mess never had a chance.

Karla Turner is beginning her second career with the same heart, organizational skill, and get-it-done energy she brings to everything else. As one of six sisters and the mother of four boys, she has seen more than her fair share of messes and she knows exactly how to bring order back to chaos.

At Talk Trash, Karla is our estate service expert. Estate cleanouts are more than simply removing items from a home. They can come during difficult, emotional seasons for families, and Karla understands that every room, box, and belonging may carry a story.

She combines sharp cleaning skills, a talent for organization, and a thoughtful awareness of each family’s needs to make the process feel more manageable. Karla helps families sort through the overwhelm, create a clear plan, and reclaim the space with care, respect, and peace of mind.

While she is absolutely ready to talk trash about clutter, Karla brings a softer touch when the job involves a loved one’s home. No pressure. No judgment. Just a dependable team member who understands that some jobs need extra patience.

Chief Human Resources & Morale Officer

Maple is the four-legged force behind the Talk Trash team. As the Turner family’s Labradoodle, she takes her role in Human Resources very seriously, especially if your HR issue involves needing a snack, a break, or someone to celebrate your return from the dump run.

Maple oversees shop morale, employee greetings, stress reduction, and quality-control sniffs. Her management style is simple: greet everyone like they are the best person she has ever seen, insist on regular play breaks, and make sure nobody works too long without a little tail-wagging encouragement.

She may not haul couches, run a trailer, or handle estate cleanouts, but she is always on standby to inspect the crew, boost spirits, and remind everyone that every job is better with a dog nearby.

Maple believes in an open-door policy, mostly because she has not figured out how to use a door handle.

Her motto: “If it smells questionable, I need to investigate. If it squeaks, it is probably mine.”

At Talk Trash, we take junk seriously, but Maple makes sure we never take ourselves too seriously.
